Barbie Eye Prescription Lenses
Barbie Eye brand lenses are marketed in CHINA and produced by VASSEN lenses. The supply of Barbie Eye lenses are very unstable and we are deliberating whether to continue offering prescription lenses for such lenses since stocks are unpredictable.
We are gearing toward stop selling them to all's convenience because prescription orders take up to 6 weeks to fill. Non-prescription lenses can be supply as usual and shipped within 24 hours.

Tracking numbers
We are currently short of staff so the tracking numbers will not be posted in 24-48 hours as stated in our FAQ.
Please allow 3-5 days for delivery of your lenses before inquiring about the tracking number. USPS tracking system is broken by default and tracking numbers don't get updated until packages are delivered.
So please allow at least 5 days before emailing us about tracking numbers. We respond to all emails, however, emails about tracking will take sometimes to look up so please be patience with us.
International packages that were shipped with "First Class International - No Tracking" does not have a tracking number. Please allow 2-3 weeks for international deliveries.
Please keep in mind that shipping time is not the same as processing time. We must process your orders before they can be shipped. Please click here to check on your lenses' process times.

Many of you are wonder what lens is the model in the banner wearing. Well, it is the GEO FC724!
The FC724 is designed to enhance the appearance of brown eyes, especially Asians.
GEO has quoted the lenses give "most matural look for oriental eyes".

EOS Power lenses
EOS prescription lenses can now be ordered with powers. Again, power lenses are taken as *PREORDERS* only.
We anticipate to close EOS orders every 2-3 weeks so the wait for EOS power lenses shouldn't be too long. This is a super exciting news because we know how popular and beautiful EOS lenses are. They are one of staff favorite brand because there are SO MANY models and colors to choose from. And their lens delivers the most vibrant colors in largest sizes!

Google Checkout processes all major credit cards from the US and international. It works just like Paypal, and will be our alternative payment method along with Paypal.
Google Checkout does not recognize our free shipping offer. It will not give your an option for free shipping even your order totals over $75USD. Please use Paypal to be eligible for the offer.

Google Checkout is temporary disabled
There is a communication error between out software and Google Checkout server that it miscalculate our shipping rates. It seems that all shipping classes turn out to be zero when an order is checked out with Google Checkout. We've been working on this issue for a while and decided to disable Google Checkout until we can find a fix for it.

Delays due to snow storm
Due to the recent snow storm in South Korea, we're experiencing delivery delays thus some orders will take longer to process.
The production facilities are still in full production but the delivery companies are unable delivery goods ontime so things are definitely backed up a little bit. We hope this issue will resolves soon.

Lady Gaga doll eyes
Lady Gaga was seen with big, dolly eyes in her video, Bad Romance. Her huge eyes were created by CGI effect undoubtly, and it looks like she wore black circle lenses for added effect.
Her real eye color is brown to green as seen here. They're big eyes, but they are no where as big as in the pictures attached below.
We suspect that she wore hypersized circle lenses that looks like the XCK105 from GEO or the Hypersize Barbie Black.
You can also wear the King Green lenses to get the inner green ring that looks like Lady Gaga in the last picture.
All of the lenses above are over 14.5mm in real diameter, they are 16.0 to 17.0mm when flatten! Try them out now!

Important information about Leah Dizon / Amigo Lenses and Korean FDA
Hana Medicon, the producer of the Amigo or Leah Dizon lenses, factories were shut down by the Korean Drug and Food Administration for safety reasons. Thus our supplies for the Leah Dizon lenses are out of work, we won't be able to supply them until Hana Medicon gets approval from the KFDA again. It's frustrating for us and for you because these lenses are so beautiful and unavailable. The KFDA is expected to pay Hana Medicon another visit in December and we can only hope they will pass inspection and start up production again.
The Korean Food and Drugs Administration has failed Hana Medicon base on the Korean GMP or Goods Manufacturing Practices and Quality Standards. They are very serious about the control quality of the products the country delivers. We want to make it a point that CircleLens.net sells only quality and approved products. We do not sell potentiall harmful products that are not tested and not approved by the KFDA.
Korean lenses are approved and sold widely in Japan and Western European countries. They are CE certified and 100% safe to use under a licensed doctor's care and advices. Korean lenses have never been tested by the US FDA so they are not US FDA approved. They should pass all US FDA safety standards should they be tested!

GEO Anime and Festival lenses
We planned to released these lenses before Halloween but due to some complication, we didn't meet the deadline so they are listed now.
They are gorgeous and very complementing to your cosplay costumes. Words don't do them justice! Check them out for yourselves: Anime and Solid lenses.

A few new lenses are added during this past week. They are EOS King Size lenses and Vassen Z series lenses. Both are available in plano only and they are scheduled to shipped out 24 hours after payments cleared!
We're very excited about the new lenses on our hands. That means getting the biggest eye effect is never faster for you guys!!
As always, the lenses are 1 year disposable and are ready to be shipped to you. We have EOS King Size lenses in black, blue, brown, gray, green, and violet!! Gearing up for holidays
The holidays are just around the corner and the postal services are entering their busiest time of the year. Thus shipping during the holidays will take a little more time than normally. Please keep this in mind when you place an order and choose the appropriate shipping method so you'll receive your lenses on time!!
We're getting a bunch of plano lenses that will be ready shipped from the US for this holiday season. This new shipment is going to include lenses from EOS and VASSEN along with the brands we're already carrying: GEO medical, Dueba, GnG, Hana Medicon, and DreamCon, etc.
I am also working on a new website and that will be slowly roll out throughout the holidays and I'm super psyched about it. It'll definitely be cleaner and more user friendly and hopefully with lots more contents!

Complementary Lens Cases
Starting September 14th we will start shipping FREE minisize contact lens cases with every pair of circle lens purchase. Regular size contact lens cases are still available for purchase starting at $2.50.
Shipping Clarification
We had many people asking us about shipping time and when their lenses are going to arrive so we will try to explain it all here.
Most of our lenses are shipped within 24 hours. We work hard to fill orders as soon as they come in. We love it and most people love it also because they get their lenses fast! Sometimes, very rarely, that we get swamped with all kind of different lenses and we fall back and lag behind with orders waiting to be filled. When that does happen, we make it a point to let you know that your order is being delayed. And hope that you'll understand and be patience with us.
Some of our lenses are prepared on order thus they require more processing times than normal. This is applies to all of our prescription lenses and some plano lenses, too. The average processing time for prepared on order lenses is 3 to 5 business days before they can be shipped to you. We will send you a notification once the lenses are completed and waiting for shipment.
We have warehouses base in South Korea and a branch location in the United States. US based branch doesn't carry all the lens designs thus some orders are filled by the South Korean warehouse. Some lenses are shipped from the US and others will come from South Korea directly to you. Shipping time from either location is on average the same: First Class mail takes 3-7 days to delivered. We also try to post up tracking numbers if they are available so you can track the progress of your order as it makes it way to you.
This is a lot of information to digress but please read it all before contacting us for shipping/delivery! But if you still have questions about shipping or shipping of a particular order please email us at help@circlelens.net.

Plano lenses
We're getting all kind of plano lenses coming in this week. They're available for shipment right away after payment is cleared. Woo hoo. That means the processing time will be cut down to 24 hours for those we have in stock here in the US.

Lens Care - Lens Cases
Daily cleaning for your contact lenses are crucial to your contact lenses life and your eyes health. Cleaning your contact lens cases is equally important for your own safety.
The lens case must be rinsed daily and refilled with fresh solution in order to maintain maximum strength for disinfecting the lenses. Empty the old wetting/soaking solution from the lens case. The case should be rinsed with contact lens solution or hot water and allowed to dry.
Replace your lens cases every three months, and sterilize it it between. Lens cases can be a source of contamination and infection. Gross cases are incubators for infection. If the contact lens case gets cracked or damaged, discard it and replace it with a new one.
Contact lenses and lens cases should never be stored in tap water, nor should they be rinsed with tap water.
